Cancellation Policy

Initial appointments require payment in full to schedule and confirm appointment. This fee is non-refundable. If clients need to reschedule the initial appointment due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, they may do so without losing their fee, provided they contact E-Bare Holistic and leave a message or speak with someone at the office at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. This also ensures that the practitioner does not have a 2 hour hole in their schedule where another client could be seen.
